Getting There

By plane

The main Oslo’s airport - Gardermoen is situated around 30 miles north of the town. Most of established international airlines serve Gardermoen. On landing at the airport, one can reach the town either by special trains and buses or taxi, which is of course quite expensive.

By Ferry

Oslo is reachable by ferry as well. There are several ferry companies serving Sweden, Denmark and Germany many times a day.

By coach/train

Getting to Oslo by coach or train is also convenient. There are tens of trains departing from the main train station to the most of Europe every day. Since Oslo Central Station is situated in the centre of the town it’s rather easy and convenient to get to any place in Oslo in a bit.

Oslo Bus Station is located right next to Oslo Central Station and therefore enjoys the same great location in the centre of the town. There are many bus lines to cities such as Berlin, Paris, Zurich or Amsterdam so it’s no problem to travel to/from Oslo this way.
